Andre Gray - Founder

Andre Gray, lived in India from the age of 10 where he attended a traditional Vedic Gurukula school for the following 15 years. In addition to secular studies he learned to read and write Sanskrit, became fluent in the local language and completed in-depth studies and courses in Hindu philosophy and culture.

He moved to Norway where he founded the Makani Foundation while working as Asst. Production Manager for a local pharmaceutical company. Upon his return to the US he continued fund-raising for his humanitarian projects in India while serving as the Director of the Dharma Academy in Boston and later as Vice President of ISKCON of New England.

A father of two and web-designer,  he has recently completed his move to Chicago where he continues to help others through the Organisation for the Betterment of Humanity.

Dorothy Gray - Project Manager

Dorothy Gray, a Project Coordinator for ORBETH, grew up in Hyde Park
near the University of Chicago of Illinois. She studied Dance Performance
and Choreography at Columbia College and Northwestern University and became a professional cultural dancer performing High Schools,
Universities, Churches and Cultural Centers with a well-known dance company.

Later she began an education in the Science of Religion and Ancient Philosophy in India where she became interested in humanitarian services. She worked with religious and non-religious organizations in their fundraising and literature distribution departments.

Dorothy now works with educational programs, counseling groups and engages in fundraising for ORBETH. She continues to contribute funds to a book publishing company to help it continue printing and donating educational books to High Schools Colleges and Universities around the country and worldwide.

As a product developer of her own cosmetics line, www.motherearthfountainofyouth.com Dorothy donates 30% of the proceeds of her company to ORBETH.
